Salons+Punk Rock Hair+Philly Area?

Do you know of any salons in the Philly area that can do punk rock hair?





I've been to the standard salons and tried asking for scene and emo hair, and they always get confused and do it wrong...





More or less the hair cut, not the teasing and such.





So I'm wondering does anyone have any they reccomend (preferably not expensive.)Salons+Punk Rock Hair+Philly Area?
I've never found any. Your best bet is to take your time and do it yourself. Or ask your friends if they have any cousins/brothers/sisters that can cut hair, you need someone young that knows whats going on in the world.
