Are hair salon products over priced?

i bought a hair reconstructor product for 16$!


and a leave in light hair conditioner for 8$!





are they honestly better then products sold in other stores?Are hair salon products over priced?
They are not overpriced.


They actually work a lot better than drugstore brands.

Hm, it depends, like for some frizz control products, I have actually had more luck with non-salon products, but with some things, salon products work better.





It's more of what's IN the product, like the ingredients. They can slap a price on it as high as they want, but it's what's actually in the product that counts.
Depends on where you go. Each salon is different. Like my salon, doesn't over charge. Like, I actually buy my products from them because they're priced better than the stores I go to.





If you're curious about prices, go online to the companies store sites and see if you're getting a good deal or not.





BTW on the websites whatever the price is, add 3-5 dollars and that's usually a decent price to pay at a salon
